They are often the primary point of contact for a client or customer. Their job tasks include client onbaording, documentation, record keeping, processing and fulfilment of transactions, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
Job will require coordinating with KYC agencies, Mutual Fund houses and external vendors, as and when required. They may also be required to streamline business operations, provide product training to customers and discuss technical aspects about a product.
Additionally, they often develop procedures; establish standards to ensure that everything works smoothly. They may need to work with other departments for coordination purposes.
